- Pistachios everyday do not agree with me
- Waiting too long to eat is harmful to my system and those around me
- Eating too much makes me feel sick. A few months ago i would just get uncomfortable. Now, i am literally on the verge of kissing the porcelain!
- I do not crave sweets like I used to. I had almost 1/2 of a cupcake the other day and halfway through the almost 1/2 cupcake, I realized i wasn't really enjoying it but finished it because i felt like eventually i would start enjoying it. i mean it WAS sweets with icing!!! isn't that what "normal people" like?!?!? i did enjoy the chips i ate late that day, but again i reached a point where i was wondering WHY i was eating them too!!
- i have to keep a well stocked refrigerator and pantry
- planning ahead is a MAJOR key to success
so, today i am tracking again...I will see what else i discover!!
